Alessandra Ambrosio stepped out in sheer style to attend Calzedonia – A Legs Celebration event during Milan Fashion Week on Tuesday night.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel slipped into a pair of red Gianvito Rossi pumps. The patent leather heels featured a sleek silhouette which slimmed into a pointed toe. The pumps brought height to the look with a stiletto heel that was about 4 inches tall.
The glossy heels matched the red accent along the waist of Ambrosio’s black David Koma dress. The gown’s skirt created an asymmetrical lining against the bodice which connected to a thigh-high slit. The fitted silhouette is from the designer’s fall 2023 collection. She added a pair of black sheer stockings to match the sheer panel along the bodice.
Ambrosio accessorized with a pair of silver-toned hoops and a sparkling ring. She completed the look with a black satin mini handbag. Her dark brown hair was styled into soft curls, which complimented her minimal makeup that featured a winged eyeliner and a glossy lip. The glowing look was created by makeup artist Georgi Sandev and hairstylist Giannandrea.
The model was styled by Amarsana Gendunova, who can also be credited for the hooded Elie Saab gown she wore to the Cannes Film Festival this past May. The stylist has also created looks for other stars like Claire Holt.
Ambrosio usually gravitates towards strappy sandals or platform heels for red carpet appearances. Earlier this year, the Brazilian model sat down for an interview with FN where she revealed her one rule for red carpet shoes. “I like shoes that kind of complement your legs and they don’t scream too much,” she said.
Milan Fashion Week marks the third week of Fashion Month. Over 100 designers have gathered in Milan, Italy to present their spring 2024 collection. The roster for this week includes top labels like Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Giorgio Armani and more.
