The model paired a tank top with a lingerie-inspired skirt and a sexy, slinky slingback style shoe from Christian Louboutin for the event which was held at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood.
The stiletto was season-appropriate as a low-coverage style. With high temperatures, the upper of the Louboutin design, named the Rosalie, was comprised of two strips of leather. One started as a slingback, wrapping around the back of the foot before crossing the foot and then crossing back to the opposite side. An additional strip of leather secures the first at the back of the shoe. The shoes are asymmetrical, providing the perfect mirror of one another. They hail from the brand’s fall 2021 collection.
As Christian Louboutin is a red carpet staple, it’s little surprise that these sandals have been spotted on red carpets before. With a heel of about four inches, the red bottoms have been worn by others like Ivanka Trump, Kylie Minogue and Kristin Cavallari. Minogue wore them to the People’s Choice Awards earlier this year. They are currently available for $895. The barely-there silhouette elongates the leg in an artful way.
Recently Blake Lively, who famously styles herself, has been wearing a series of strappy Louboutin sandals. She wore a pair of crystalized Louboutin sandals to one of the after parties for her new film “It Ends With Us.”
The sexy vibe of Durham’s shoe picks up on the lingerie inspiration of the Gucci net skirt that she wore which features lace trim. She wore her hair in a messy updo.
