by Sundays might be for football, but Saturdays are for the girls—at least for Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes they are, who enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles, California.
The friends have become quite close over the past few months, following Swift’s coupling with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who plays alongside Mahomes’s husband and quarterback, Patrick. In true bestie fashion—and to remind everyone of their It girl status, in case it was forgotten—they stepped out in coordinated black outfits, complete with statement boots.
The “Now That We Don’t Talk” singer was photographed by the Daily Mail looking elegantly beautiful in a short black long-sleeve dress that featured a mock neck and slightly flared skirt. The star of the show, however, were Swift’s gorgeous black lace-up, over-the-knee boots by Christian Louboutin. She tied the laces of her fabulous footwear, which featured a pointed-toe design and stiletto heel, in pretty bows at the top. Swift accessorized with a small black purse, a gold chain, and several rings, and finished off the look with her signature red lip and black winged eyeliner, while wearing her shiny locks down and straight.
Mahomes also displayed some fabulous footwear—hers being black leather knee-high boots with a pointed-toe and tall block heel. Her ensemble consisted of a gray-and-black tweed miniskirt and a fitted black long-sleeve blouse with a keyhole detail. She glammed up with a bronzey smokey eye and berry lip, and styled her golden tresses in bouncy curls. Lindsay Bell, who is married to Chiefs tight end Blake Bell, joined the pair, wearing a ribbed cream sweater dress, black leather jacket, and matching cowboy boots.
Swift and Mahomes have been seen together cheering from the stands of back to back Chiefs games, as well as at celebratory outings, including ringing in 2024. They commemorated the festive night with a sweet, smiley photo, in which they were joined by their beaus.
The pop sensation will have another big L.A. evening on Sunday at the Golden Globes, for which she is up for new category Cinematic and Box Office Achievement for her record-breaking concert film Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour. Heartthrob Kelce will also be in the city, however, he will likely be absent from the red carpet due to football obligations, as the Chiefs are to face the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium on the same day.
