Taylor Swift Wore Shimmery Gold Freckles to the Chiefs Game

The Kansas City Chiefs are back home at Arrowhead Stadium—and so is Tayor Swift. After missing a couple of her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s games—she’s a busy billionaire pop star with a tour to rehearse, after all—Swift is back in her WAG era. Of course, the star made her return in style.

Miss Taylor Alison Swift made her entrance an hour before kick-off, as she usually does, in a in a strapless plaid dress and sky-high platform boots. And while the asymmetrical cut of her Vivienne Westwood dress and its off-the-shoulder neckline were enough to steal the spotlight, it was her beauty details that catapulted the look into outer space.

Upon closer inspection, Swift added gold star sticker freckles to her usual glam of red lipstick and cat-eye liner. The tiny stars, which were across her nose and cheeks, shimmered under the stadium lights when she arrived at the game and she finished the look with coordinating Westwood-logo earrings and a shoulder bag with a chain strap.

Swift’s tight-end boyfriend confirmed her attendance at tonight’s game during a charity event over the weekend. While appearing at the 2024 Kelce Car Jam, put on by his Eighty-Seven and Running Foundation, Kelce spilled the beans to a questioning fan. Although she wasn’t able to join him on Saturday, which also happened to be Kelce’s 35th birthday, she did have plans to make a trip out to Kansas City just days later.

“She will not be here right now,” he told People, before adding with a smile, “I know she’s coming in for the game.”

The singer attended two of Kelce’s games this NFL season, including the Chiefs’s first game on September 5, to which she wore a denim-on-denim look with red thigh-high stilettos. She also repped her man’s team in an oversized vintage T-shirt dress and over-the-knee boots during the Chiefs’s September 15 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Swift missed two of Kelce’s games this year—both of which were on the road. A source told Page Six that Swift is less likely to attend away games because of security matters.

“If she is going to a place that isn’t Arrowhead, there are security concerns,” the insider said. “She has worked with Arrowhead so many times, they feel at ease and comfortable. Going to all kinds of different stadiums, you need to send a team in advance.”

Another source told Us Weekly that Swift’s absence at the aforementioned sporting events had nothing to do with her and Kelce’s relationship.

“Their schedules are going to be getting super busy so Taylor has been enjoying a few more days of freedom before her upcoming shows,” the insider explained.

“They’re choosing not to dwell on the noise, focusing instead on staying true to themselves and being happy,” a separate source told the outlet. “They simply shrug off the stories. They see it as just another example of the press lifting someone up only to tear them down.
